This website is operated by Thakral Innovations Private Limited ("Thakral", "we", "us"), the authorised distributor of UBTECH education robots in India. By using this site or paying a pre-booking deposit, you agree to these terms.

Who we sell to

Products on this site are offered to schools, colleges, training institutes and other organisations, and to individuals over 18 acting on their behalf.

Products and information

Product descriptions, specifications and curriculum details are based on information from the manufacturer, UBTECH Robotics. Specifications may change; we will confirm the exact configuration in your final quote.

Prices

Prices are in Indian Rupees. Final prices, applicable GST, delivery charges and training inclusions are confirmed in a written quote before any balance payment is taken.

Pre-booking deposit

• A pre-booking deposit reserves units for your institution from an upcoming shipment. It is not the full price of the product.
• The deposit is adjusted against your final invoice when you confirm the order.
• The deposit is fully refundable on request any time before dispatch, as set out in our refund and cancellation policy.
• If we cannot supply the product within 120 days of your deposit, we will refund it in full unless you choose to keep the reservation.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are subject to Razorpay's terms and your bank's terms.

Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty as stated in your quote and invoice. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents or unauthorised repairs.

Intellectual property

UBTECH, UGOT, uKit and Yanshee names, images and videos belong to UBTECH Robotics and are used with permission. Other site content belongs to Thakral Innovations Private Limited.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a pre-booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that pre-booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
